| Friday, October 15th at 8pm | SADAK HEARST |
| Sat Oct 16 | SADAK HEARST / Rafael Diaz Poet / The Fear
It feels like I’m stuck in an elevator,
And if I were alone I’d feel much, much safer,
I’m used to being alone for acres and acres.
There’s an actor, a banker, a chancellor and a dancer,
Then there’s me… I’m the failure.
There’s a gabbler, a heckler, a jokester and a kidder,
And I’m supplying them with all the laughter.
There’s a mentor, a nagger, a business owner and a philosopher,
And they all think I’m just a quitter .
There’s a riddler, a shocker, a tamer and an utter,
All of this is making my future even vaguer.
And I wonder,
Would any of this change if I were any younger?

Over it all a singer makes his immutable proclamations in the style of the ancient prophets of the Mediterranean world. Those who attend Sister Helen's Mass do not hold back. They hold on." SHAPES |
